Taygetos Capital is a Toronto-based venture infrastructure sponsor. It deploys $5 million to $10 million of development capital per project to publicly backed infrastructure that is individually below the scale institutional investors can underwrite.

Taygetos develops, de-risks, and de-fragments these projects, aggregating them into institutional-scale opportunities through commercial close, and structures them for transition to long-term institutional owners, including Canadian pension funds and pension-backed managers, for construction and operation.

The firm targets four verticals: municipal infrastructure, logistics, forestry, and defence. Its principals bring senior government, advisory, and capital markets experience across Canada’s public infrastructure market.
